ORDER

I have received the wrong product/size or my order is missing a product - what shall I do?

If you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), the wrong size or product, please contact us through the email hello@galernabrand.com and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with a new products or a refund, depending on your preference. Important: Please state your order ID.

DELIVERY

How long does the delivery take?

For orders within the UK and Spain, GALERNA’s products will be shipped and delivered within 5-6 and 2-3 business days respectively.

GALERNA does not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders will be typically shipped the following business day. We supply a tracking number for all shipments, so you can follow your order at the couriers’ websites. If you experience delays please contact hello@galernabrand.com and we will look into your order.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders in Spain and UK.

Which countries do you ship to?

Items ordered on our website can only be shipped to addresses within the UK and Spain. We are working hard to bring our products to the rest of the world soon.

How is the shipping liability policy?

All domestic and international orders will be issued with their order tracking number. GALERNA is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier, and you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges and fees incurred from customs clearance including any duties and additional taxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 30 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. In order to return or exchange you should verify that the merchandise is unworn with labels and packaging intact.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to GALERNA.

How do I return or exchange my GALERNA products?

Please email us at hello@galernabrand.com and state your name, email, order number, which goods you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps us to make our socks better).

If you have requested an exchange, we will process it as quickly as possible upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when processed. Refunds are also processed shortly after receipt.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?

GALERNA pays close attention to the production of its collections and only uses the best materials and the sharpest designs. A meticulous care for detail allows GALERNA to maintain and constantly develop the product quality.

The socks sells by GALERNA are cotton made and the main propose is to offer high quality and unique designs. GALERNA´s socks are manufactured using 170-needle knitting machines and the softest combed cotton.

The result is an exceptionally comfortable and durable pair of socks.
